Frank as MD concentrates primarily with the technical and architectural aspects of building design and technically details – from the initial client briefing to completion of the project.
Qualification, together with practical experience, Frank is equipped to conduct an investigative study, design and produce a workable solution, research and select materials, provide technical information, negotiate with planning and building authorities and supervise development and all other works.
Mr. Da Costa is a methodical, “hands on” worker, with years of experience behind him. He is equipped to handle any situation due to the abundance of knowledge he has in this field. As well as been a perfectionist, Mr. Da Costa has a precise skill at doing what he does always using his unique expertise in ceilings, partitioning and bulkheads.
As head of the project management department, Deshnie is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day administrative functions related to the company’s operation and or projects. Her primary role is to give backup support to all staff and clientele; she is the pillar of our organization and has extensive experience and working knowledge related to office administration and project management. Her other duties include participation in company meetings, (tele) conferences, project team activities and management, etc. As project manager she is responsible for planning, organizing, managing resources, and logistics management bringing about the successful completion of goals and objectives whilst working with the designated designer and sales executive. In so doing she ensures that the company reaches and achieves its target goals and market whilst living up to its mission statement.
As foramens for PI Interiors, Thomas is a vital part of the PI team, ensuring that all works, information and details decided within our offices and with our clients, are carried out on site. He is responsible for making sure that all works on site run smoothly and according to the time management schedules set, as well as liaising on a daily bases with the relevant people in office on all project progress. Thomas also carries a great responsibility in ensuring that all work done on any project is up to the high standards of PI Interiors.
